Chocolate Sundae

Tomorrow will be exactly a week of being twenty-three. Quite amazed at how fast five years can go.

Five years ago I was eighteen, I graduated from High School and I got my drivers license.

Five years ago I finished leading my first Bible Study and watched them graduate to YA.

Today, I got my blood test results, everything is pretty much normal apart from my iron level being a little low (due to being sick 2 weeks ago) and my platelet count is borderline thrombocytosis.

Thrombocytosis is the presence of high platelet counts in the blood, and can be either reactive or primary (also termed essential and caused by a myeloproliferative disease). Although often symptomless (particularly when it is a secondary reaction), it can predispose to thrombosis in some patients.

Doctor says she isn't too worried about it but I should get another blood test to monitor it in the next month or so.

Today I got 100% in my "Life of Christ" exam at Bible College.

After Bible College I ate a chocolate sundae - which I had just finished prior to typing up this blog entry - hence the title of this blog.

Today I applied for CITY2SURF! (Well, Grace did it for me cause I don't have a credit card) So excited to do it!!! Grace & I are going to start training for it this Saturday 7am for 7km! It is so achievable!!! GO TEAM!

Got Afternoon Shift tomorrow. yay sleep in!
